We voluntarily cooperate with the Washington-Osage Baptist Association, a cooperative of 37 Southern Baptist churches in these two counties. Through our giving and participation in WOBA ministries, we partner with Southern Baptist Disaster Relief projects nation-wide and we support international partnerships with the churches of Malawi (Africa) and Leon, Mexico. We also support the work of local WOBA churches in their efforts to reach NE Oklahoma with the Gospel.
As a member of the Baptist General Convention of Oklahoma, we are one of 1,800+ Oklahoma Southern Baptist congregations who work cooperatively to share the Gospel at home and around the world. The BGCO’s mission spirit and cooperation in taking the Gospel to the whole world is evident in its partnerships with Colorado, Guerrero Mexico, and the Far East. The mission to evangelize and congregationalize all of Oklahoma is shown in its cooperative outreach to African Americans and many ethnic groups. Oklahoma Baptists worship in over 29 languages weekly. Oklahoma Baptists continue to work together with local churches, associations, state conventions and the Southern Baptist Convention to fulfill the Great Commission.
