Christmas Workshop Planning Meeting
October 21 //6:00 pm - 7:00 pm
Planning meeting October 21 at 6pm, at WRC.
Help us plan! Bethlehem will need a census tent, a cultural tent, an innkeeper tent, a shepherds’ tent, an angel tent, a Live Nativity tent, a King Herod tent, a Scribes tent, and a bakery tent. In addition to tents, we will need 70 dozen star cookies, biblical costumes for all, live animals, decorators, cleanup, and a host of volunteers.
